Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience within a school setting preferred
- Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs), progress monitoring, and goal-setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 52 Pre-K and elementary students
- Conduct evaluations to assess student needs, develop individualized goals, and implement tailored interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, assessments, and student progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and develop reports as required
- Offer consultative support and strategies to educators and caregivers, promoting generalization of skills across school environments
