Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in De Soto, MO

In this role, you may work with either of two key populations. One position focuses on serving middle and high school students, a parochial school, and a private placement within the district. Here, the treatment caseload is approximately 4440 minutes per month along with case management for about 10 students, plus conducting Evaluation Assessments. The other opening centers on our Early Childhood Center (ECC) program, with a smaller treatment caseload, case management for around 15 students, and the responsibility for all evaluation assessments within the ECC and additional district support as needed.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current SLP-CCC credential required
- Experience delivering SLP services in schools highly valued
- Proficient with IEP development, evaluation, and assessment tools
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities
- Commitment to collaborative and student-centered approaches
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads and support a variety of learning needs
