Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Possession of active SLP licensure and educator certifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Comfortable working with a diverse student population (caseload details and age group TBD)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement individualized therapy sessions for students with speech and language challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Document progress, maintain student records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Support students across multiple school sites, helping each reach their full potential
