Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state licensure or eligibility for SLP in California
- Experience providing speech and language services within a school-based environment preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse K-12 caseload
- Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students in grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans focused on student growth
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group formats
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation according to school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary discussions
