Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for SLP in California
  • Experience providing speech and language services within a school-based environment preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students in grades K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans focused on student growth
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group formats
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation according to school and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary discussions
