Key Qualifications:
- Valid CCC-SLP or eligible for CFY-SLP
- State licensure (or eligibility)
- Prior experience with elementary-aged students strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing mild to moderate caseloads
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve one dedicated school site with an elementary population
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with communication disorders (mild to moderate severity)
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with teachers, parents, and related service providers
- Participate in student support meetings and provide training to staff as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
