Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active, valid CCC-SLP certification
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred (internships may qualify)
- Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech and language disorders in children and adolescents
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, in accordance with IEPs
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ overall development
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and case conferences
- Foster an encouraging, inclusive environment that promotes student success
