Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Pennsylvania SLP license and Department of Education credentials required
- Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY professionals
- Experience in an educational setting or working with K-12th grade students highly desired
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students with a variety of needs across K-12 grade levels
- Assess, diagnose, and develop targeted treatment plans to address communication disorders
- Document student progress, maintain compliance with school and state requirements
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and social success
- Participate in IEP meetings, complete relevant paperwork and reporting
- Provide consultation, guidance, and training for educational staff as needed
