Speech Language Pathologist in Henrico, VA

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in speech communication or related field
- SLPA credential with eligibility to practice in Virginia
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Fingerprinting and background check clearance prior to start
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy sessions to K-5 students under SLP supervision
- Support assessment processes and assist with documentation for IEPs
- Collaborate with education professionals and families to create supportive learning environments
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Maintain timely and accurate records in the district’s IEP system (training provided)
- Utilize dedicated therapy space at Ettrick Elementary for optimal service delivery
- Receive paid compensation for all hours worked within the contractual schedule
