Key Qualifications:
- Masters in Speech-Language Pathology or state-approved SLPA credentials
- Eligible for Minnesota licensure
- SLPs completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and SLPAs are encouraged to apply
- Teletherapy experience is advantageous
- Background in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Outstanding collaboration skills for working with diverse educational staff and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students in grades K-8
- Travel between two nearby school sites
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and track student progress
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
- Flexibility in providing on-site and potential teletherapy services
