Qualified candidates will have skills and experience in areas such as:
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credentials, with appropriate state licensure
- Direct work with pediatric populations, especially within educational settings
- Proficiency in both in-person and teletherapy service delivery
- Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse K-8th grade caseload
- Effective collaboration with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key responsibilities and daily contributions include:
- Delivering speech, language, and communication support to students in alignment with their IEP goals
- Creating and implementing engaging therapy plans for individual and group sessions
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and progress monitoring
- Providing consultative services and professional guidance to teachers and families
- Maintaining thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
