Qualifications and Experience
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience working within a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop and implement evidence-based individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging, goal-oriented therapy for students with varied needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for student needs
- Provide support and training for school staff on effective communication strategies
