Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Hazel Green, AL

Successful candidates will bring:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in pediatric and/or school-based settings, with comfort managing IEPs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Understanding of school-age language, articulation, voice, and fluency disorders
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, adapting therapy to individual student needs
- Teletherapy experience and Clinical Fellowship (CFY) background are valued, though CCCs are required
Primary responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans for K-5th grade students
- Delivering evidence-based therapy in both individual and small group settings
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and social success
- Documenting progress, maintaining compliance, and participating in IEP meetings
- Utilizing digital tools for teletherapy as needed
