Requirements and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP-CCC certification required
- Professional experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Comfortable working onsite with students in grades K-5
- Knowledgeable in individualized education plans (IEPs), assessments, and therapy for diverse speech/language needs
- Collaborative communicator with teachers, families, and administrators
- Experience with teletherapy and supervision of Clinical Fellows (CFY) is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to a caseload of roughly 55 students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and contribute to IEPs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions that support language, articulation, and social communication goals
- Monitor progress and document outcomes to ensure students’ growth
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
