School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Hayward, California

Qualifications:
- Active SLP license issued by the state of California
- Experience with school-based therapy, especially middle school populations, is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering growth and confidence in students
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to middle school students onsite
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support each student’s academic and social success
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and comply with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Engage in ongoing professional development and utilize mentorship resources as needed
