You’ll collaborate with experienced educators and therapy professionals, providing direct support and impactful interventions to students. Work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement therapy plans, monitor student progress, and make a real difference in the lives of young learners as they navigate essential communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current California SLPA license required
- Prior experience in school settings, particularly with middle school students, preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Passion for fostering student growth and empowerment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Help conduct assessments and contribute to individualized education planning
- Support and document each student’s progress while maintaining confidentiality
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and school activities as needed
- Collaborate effectively with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
