School Speech Language Pathologist - Hayward, CA

Your primary focus will be providing direct support for a middle school caseload, assisting licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in the delivery of speech and language services. Qualifications:
- Hold a current California SLPA license
- Solid understanding of school-based speech and language support practices
- Prior experience with school-aged or middle school students is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement speech-language programs as prescribed by the supervising SLP
- Deliver direct and small group therapy sessions for middle school students
- Assist in developing materials and activities to support communication goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
- Communicate regularly with supervising SLP, teachers, and parents
- Support school initiatives promoting inclusion and student success
