Four Speech-Language Pathologist openings are available for contract positions based in San Francisco, CA, serving K-12 students in school settings. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to support student communication development through high-quality therapy services during the upcoming academic year.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California
  • Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, especially for the part-time position

Position Details:

  • Four positions available total
  • Two full-time roles for the Fall semester (August to December), providing coverage for maternity leave; 37.5 hours weekly
  • One full-time year-long role (August to May) covering a leave of absence; 37.5 hours weekly
  • One part-time year-long role (August to May) covering an open position; 24 hours weekly with preference for bilingual fluency

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Track and document student progress following district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on student communication goals
