Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Williamsburg, VA

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia Speech Language Pathologist license required
- Completed or in-progress Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed, as well as SLP-CCC credentialed clinicians
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Commitment to evidence-based assessment and intervention practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full range of speech-language pathology services to students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student success
- Conduct assessments, interpret evaluation results, and document progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and related school activities
- Provide direct and consultative services onsite throughout the school year
