Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Hastings, MN

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP roles preferred
- Strong background in working with middle school-age youth
- Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs), progress monitoring, and school documentation
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students in grades 5–7 within a middle school environment
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals tailored to students’ needs
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services, both one-on-one and in group settings
- Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
- Document services, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely, complying with all regulatory requirements
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEP development and reviews, and provide professional input to support each learner
