Speech Language Pathologist in Harvey, IL

Position Highlights:
- Two openings serving elementary-aged students across two facilities
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week split between two school buildings
- Part-time: 2-3 days per week, ideal for a licensed SLPA seeking a flexible role

Qualifications Sought:
- Valid SLP-CCC, SLP, or SLPA license/certification
- Prior experience working in a school setting (Pre-K - 5th grade preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet diverse student needs
- Current state licensure or eligibility
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
- Contribute to IEP meetings and multitiered support initiatives
- Support students’ communication skills and classroom participation
- Consult and provide resources to teachers and families as needed
