School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Bridgeport, Connecticut

Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut SLP license required
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with all reporting requirements
- Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to support student goals
- Participate in student support meetings, professional development, and interdisciplinary team activities
