Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) eligibility
- Pennsylvania state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
- Previous school-based and teletherapy experience is highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and complete progress reports
- Work in partnership with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Engage in team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development activities
- Utilize teletherapy platforms and in-person methods as required by the district
- Maintain compliant documentation and timely reporting
