Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Bilingual (Spanish)
Pay Rate:$43-$56 (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team with the School District. This full-time onsite position will serve a preschool caseload, providing speech and language services to young learners during critical stages of communication and language development.
This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about early intervention and enjoys working with preschool-aged students and their families in a collaborative educational environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Support preschool-aged students with a variety of communication needs
Utilize bilingual Spanish-language skills to support students and families as needed
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification (required)
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Bilingual Spanish proficiency required
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Experience working with preschool-aged children is highly preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Passion for supporting early childhood communication development
