Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active SLP license in Ohio
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate progress notes, reports, and compliance with all required documentation
