Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Dublin, OH

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is highly desirable
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
- Thorough understanding of IEP processes and compliance with IDEA guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads and work with students of varying abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, voice, fluency, and language disorders for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Conduct screenings and evaluations in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of services provided and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert input and collaborating with teachers, counselors, and families
- Support and educate staff and families to promote generalization of communication strategies
