Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based settings and working with elementary-age children
- Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel between sites as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop IEPs for students with communication needs
- Provide individualized and group therapy to support social, academic, and emotional growth
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Engage in case management and participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member
