This role is dedicated strictly to onsite work and is an excellent fit for both experienced SLPs with CCC as well as those who are completing their Clinical Fellowship.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellow applicants are welcome
- Experience in a school-based setting is advantageous
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse populations and individual student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to a caseload of 50-60 elementary students
- Administer assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and document student progress accurately
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic student growth
- Utilize evidence-based practices and remain compliant with state and district guidelines
- Maintain a positive and inclusive environment that fosters each student’s communication skills
