Qualifications:
- Active Oregon SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) highly preferred
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads, particularly at the high school or secondary level
- Strong understanding of IEP documentation and the special education process
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for high school students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports in line with school and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on speech/language concerns and goals
- Support student participation and success in the classroom by delivering direct and consultative services
- Communicate with families and caregivers regarding student progress, strategies, and resources
