Speech Language Pathologist in Greenwood, IN

Your primary focus will include a caseload of approximately 70-75 students, but you’ll share responsibilities with another SLP to ensure personalized attention and support for each child. The position emphasizes providing services within life skills and functional classrooms, primarily in a centers-based delivery environment. This means you’ll help foster communication growth in students with diverse needs, collaborating with educators and building a supportive learning atmosphere. Responsibilities and class structure may be adjusted based on the skill sets and preferences of candidates.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Eligible for Indiana state licensure
- Experience in school-based settings, particularly working with elementary and/or middle school students
- Comfort and adaptability with centers-based, functional classroom delivery models
- Collaborative skills and a flexible mindset to adjust to evolving caseload or service structures
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct therapy services to students in life skills/functional and general education classrooms
- Case management, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Consult and collaborate with school faculty and families
- Contribute to developing and adapting service delivery models as needed
