Key Qualifications:
- Valid Indiana SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)

- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-5 students
- Manage a consistent caseload of about 60 students using established scheduling
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student communication goals
- Maintain compliance with all required documentation and reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
- Utilize digital therapy tools as needed
