Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Indiana SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued
  • Open to SLPs and SLPAs with knowledge of healthcare and school environments
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-5 students
  • Manage a consistent caseload of about 60 students using established scheduling
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student communication goals
  • Maintain compliance with all required documentation and reporting
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
  • Utilize digital therapy tools as needed
