Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license for Indiana
- Valid DOE Certification required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Strong background in school-based speech pathology and pediatrics
- Experience with both traditional and teletherapy modalities preferred
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and documenting IEPs
- Excellent communication with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently and effectively
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to K–12 students onsite
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Support individualized education goals through evidence-based interventions
- Maintain detailed records and progress notes in compliance with regulations
- Engage with colleagues and parents to ensure student progress
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
