Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold active SLP licensure; open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in a school environment with K-8th grade populations
- Bilingual proficiency required
- Strong understanding of speech and language development, assessment, and intervention
- Collaborative and communicative approach to working with staff, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to diverse groups of students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and maintain documentation in line with district and legal requirements
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to foster student growth
- Engage in regular progress monitoring while supporting students’ communication goals
