Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist in Arlington, TX

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Texas SLP license (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered)
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) proficiency required
- School experience or strong interest in serving K-8th grade students
- Ability to deliver both direct therapy and indirect consultative services
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for K-8 students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to students’ needs
- Provide therapy for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication challenges
- Serve as a resource to educators and families regarding communication strategies
- Complete documentation for service delivery and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
