You'll work across three sites, engaging with students aged 3 to 18 with a mixed caseload—primarily mild to moderate needs—supporting a diverse range of speech and language development.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) or Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with appropriate state licensure
- School-based SLP or SLPA experience preferred; open to professionals from healthcare backgrounds
- Experience with teletherapy is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside educators and families
- Comfortable working with students across a spectrum of abilities, from preschool to high school
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and document communication needs and progress
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student success
- Travel between three school locations as part of your weekly schedule
- SLPA candidates will have additional days for supervised practice
Position Details and Benefits:
- Part-time contract position for the 2026-2027 school year (August 24, 2026 – June 10, 2027, including ESY)
- 7.5-hour days, 2 days per week for SLPs / 3 days per week for SLPAs
- Pay ranges from $40 to $52 per hour, based on experience
