Qualifications and Requirements:
- Active SLP state license
- Certified SLP Educator Certificate
- Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- SLP-CCC certification preferred
- Experience in schools or with pediatric populations strongly valued
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to preschool students, including both direct intervention and comprehensive evaluations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct screenings and participate in Child Find evaluations to identify students in need of speech-language services
- Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, progress, and compliance activities
- Engage in ongoing communication with teachers, families, and support staff
This contract position offers:
