Qualifications:
- Current state SLP license is required
- Valid SLP Educator Certificate
- Active IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is required
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to preschool students and children identified through Child Find
- Manage dynamic caseloads, varying based on evaluation volume and student needs
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and report findings
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Communicate progress and strategies effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers
- Support inclusive learning environments and promote positive student outcomes
