Required qualifications and experience:
- Current state-issued Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Valid SLP Educator Certificate
- Active IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working within schools, particularly in preschool or early childhood settings
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Flexibility and reliability in meeting diverse student needs
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct and document comprehensive evaluations for both preschool populations and Child Find
- Develop and update IEPs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in meetings
- Communicate effectively with families and staff to support student progress
- Maintain detailed records of student sessions, progress, and compliance with regulations
