School Speech Therapist | Concord, New Hampshire

This contract position focuses on providing speech and language services to PreK students in a school-based setting, with a schedule of 7.5 hours per day and 35-37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for early childhood intervention, helping children develop essential communication abilities for lifelong success.
Preferred applicants will hold an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), though strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will also be considered. Please note, this opportunity is not available to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFY candidates welcomed
- Recent experience or specialization in working with PreK populations
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering therapy
- Excellent communication skills, collaboration, and flexibility within a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to PreK students
- Assess, diagnose, and create tailored intervention strategies to improve communication skills
- Develop and implement IEPs, track progress, and maintain thorough documentation
- Consult and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary school staff
- Participate in team meetings and provide guidance to support classroom teachers
