Desired Qualifications:

- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California

- Experience supporting school-aged children with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and caregivers in a diverse, multicultural setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans, collaborating closely with educational staff and parents
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Conduct screenings, participate in IEP meetings, and provide insights to multidisciplinary teams
- Offer dynamic, evidence-based therapy sessions in individual and group settings
