Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong collaboration skills to partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Skilled in developing IEPs and conducting related documentation

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Work one-on-one and in small groups to deliver direct speech/language intervention
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide resources and consultation for educational staff and parents
