- Superb communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy services individually or in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation according to school protocols
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for educational strategies and supports
