Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Glassboro, New Jersey

Choose between a full-time position working with a PreK/K building (5 days per week) or a flexible part-time schedule (3-5 days per week) focusing on 4th and 5th grade students. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license in New Jersey
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience providing speech therapy in school settings, with a focus on pediatric populations
- Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and language disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and staff
- Energetic, compassionate, and organized approach to serving diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations for referred students
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver effective therapy sessions, adapting methods to each student’s learning style
- Maintain detailed documentation and timely progress reports
- Consult with teachers and caregivers to integrate strategies into the classroom environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
