Key Qualifications:
- Active California SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience providing speech services in California school settings highly desirable
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong assessment and direct service capabilities
- Ability to adapt to new school environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to K–12 students
- Conduct a variety of assessments to determine speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain clear documentation in compliance with district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
- Provide culturally responsive support for diverse student populations
