Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Pacoima, California

We are seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to begin as soon as possible—one fully licensed SLP and one position open to either a licensed SLP or a Clinical Fellow (CF), both for in-person work on campus.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid state SLP license required for at least one position; consideration for Clinical Fellows (CF) for the second position
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in pediatric and/or school settings highly desirable
- Strong skills in teletherapy, evaluation, and individualized treatment planning, though services are delivered in-person
- Expertise working with students with a range of disabilities and support needs
- Effective communicator committed to collaboration with educators and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students on campus
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary IEP teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Engage and educate families and staff to generalize skills beyond therapy sessions
- Stay current with best practices and continue professional development
