Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- California SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress/completed
- Experience or interest in working within both elementary and high school settings
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop engaging treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy for articulation, fluency, voice, language, and pragmatic disorders
- Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and compliance
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Offer guidance and resources to parents and caregivers
