What We're Looking For:
- Fully licensed SLPs with an active Washington state credential.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- Background or interest in servicing diverse K-12 student caseloads.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site position—remote/virtual (VOCO) candidates will not be considered.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to K-12 students.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support staff to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP development, and problem-solving for student needs.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records in accordance with school district and state requirements.
- Provide education and resources to staff and caregivers to maximize student success.
