School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Silverdale, Washington

In this position, you'll use your expertise to assess, diagnose, and provide targeted speech-language therapy within a collaborative educational setting. Desired Skills & Experience:
- Valid Washington State SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Previous experience working in schools strongly favored
- Experience with K-12 student populations is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Committed to in-person services (remote/virtual not available for this role)
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress
- Contribute to IEP development, documentation, and meetings
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
This is a full-time contract role following the school district calendar (August 31, 2026–June 16, 2027), offering the opportunity to build meaningful, ongoing relationships with students and colleagues.
