Key Qualifications:
- Active NY SLP license
- NY Teaching Certification (TSSH or TSSLD)
- Medicaid number/OPRA number & NPI number
- Experience or interest in working with children aged 3-21, especially with Autism (preferred)
- SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, and SLP - School skills required
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to students ages 3–21 at a specialized Autism-support school
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s unique needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support whole-child development
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with Medicaid and school requirements
- Participate in family and staff consultations as needed
