Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting diverse learners
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with student IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student care
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of progress, evaluations, and required compliance paperwork
- Provide both direct and consultative services to support students’ communication needs in academic environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student support plans
