Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience or strong interest in working with diverse K-12 populations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt and individualize interventions based on student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to assigned caseload
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding communication development
